Sixteen students in over fourteen signed and spoken languages gathered the week of June 27 for The Community Interpreter International Training in Delaware. Our class was filled with bright minds determined to learn the standards of practice and ethical principles and apply them through activities such as role plays, video vignettes, case studies, guest speakers, debates, and practice exams. In addition, this class completed a unit on Medical Terminology to aid them in their continued professional development.
